A PLUS is pleased to announce Chris Endsley as the new Education Director beginning September 1st, 2012. The Education Director position will remain responsible for the scheduling of tutors for each grade, tracking members’ progress, and manage daily academic sessions. In addition, Chris will be instrumental in developing the structure and curriculum for A PLUS’s first summer schools component.
We are excited that Chris will be joining the A PLUS team. He has moved his family from Louisiana to Seattle to be involved in an organization like A PLUS. His commitment and enthusiasm for this position is infectious. We are confident that the skills and experience he brings to the Education Director role will embody our mission and enhance our academic programming.
Chris has displayed his passion and understanding of the A PLUS mission to use basketball as a vehicle to provide youth with the educational resources and character development necessary to be successful in life. We believe that Chris’s role as Education Director will provide our members with the academic support and inspiration they need to be noteworthy student-athletes.
