A PLUS Youth Program has partnered with the Joel E. Smilow Clubhouse and Teen Center at Rainier Vista. The Joel E. Smilow Clubhouse and Teen Center at Rainier Vista, which acts as A PLUS Youth Program's home site, is a state-of-the-art facility, one that caters to the needs of today’s youth. Some of the exciting features of the facility are the gymnasium, computer lab, classrooms, game room, and multi-purpose areas.
